Mexico-based airline Volaris has canceled flights to 14 cities including Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
In addition to the Texas airports, the airline has canceled flights to Sacramento, Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas, Reno, Miami, Charlotte, New York and Washington, D.C.
It continues to fly to Los Angeles, Oakland, San Jose, Portland, Orlando, Chicago Midway and Chicago O'Hare.
Airline officials say this is a temporary suspension of service during the coronavirus pandemic and it is expected that service will be restored later in the year.
