A man is dead and Bexar County Sheriff's Department deputies say the man's common-law wife is accused of being the shooter.
The shooting took place about 9 a.m. today in Somerset. The victim was shot in the torso and head.
Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar says three children were inside the home at the time of the shooting but were not hurt. An investigation continues.
