Hays County officials say a "Stay-In-Place" order will go into effect tonight and will include a curfew. Hays County Judge Ruben Becerra alerted Hays County residents in a text last night saying the county didn't have a choice. Becerra said, "We don’t have a choice. More than half of our cases have been confirmed through community spread.”
So far, nine confirmed cases have been reported in Hays County.
