Texas is the second state to stop abortions during the coronavirus emergency. The attorney general confirmed the procedure is included in the order to postpone most surgeries. He says it's necessary to avoid putting a strain on medical supplies. Ohio made the same move Friday. Other states like Washington and Massachusetts have similar medical restrictions but they don't apply to abortions.
