Metro Health is now reporting 39 coronavirus cases in Bexar County. 16 were travel-related, 9 community-transmission, 5 close contact and 9 are under investigation. That is an increase of 10 cases from Friday. Officials say more testing is being done and we can expect the numbers to continue to climb.
Four additional people have tested positive for the coronavirus at Joint Base San Antonio.
This brings the total number of people to 11 confirmed cases of COVID-19 on JBSA.
In Austin, Travis County is now reporting 62 cases.
