Health officials are reporting the first coronavirus death in Harris County. The patient is described as a man in his 80s who lived at a nursing home in the northwest part of the county. The number of coronavirus cases is still rising in the Houston area, but officials are also reporting the first people to recover from the disease. Of the 24 cases in Harris County, three patients have recovered. Fort Bend County officials report four patients have recovered from the 19 cases reported there.
