City officials say a coronavirus testing site is now open at the Freeman Coliseum, but it's not for everybody. San Antonio officials announced Wednesday that the site will be able to conduct 16 tests an hour. But the testing is available only to emergency personnel, health care workers, VIA bus drivers, and people who have been preapproved by a doctor. Anybody showing up without a doctor's preapproval won't be allowed onsite.
