Arlington officials are reporting the state's second death from the coronavirus. The patient is identified as 77-year-old Pat James, who was hospitalized last week with double pneumonia. James died on Sunday, and his family received the positive coronavirus test result on Tuesday, making his the first coronavirus-related death in Tarrant County. An elderly man from Matagorda County who died Sunday also tested positive for the virus.
