A careful jury selection process is in the works for the upcoming trial of an accused cop-killer. Prosecutors and defense attorneys this week are looking over questionnaires that were filled out by potential jurors in the trial of 35-year-old Otis McKane for capital murder. McKane is accused of the unprovoked fatal shooting of San Antonio police detective Ben Marconi in 2016. DA Joe Gonzales plans to seek the death penalty. Attorneys will interview the prospective jurors on Monday based on responses to the questionnaires.
