Baby-changing stations are on their way to every public restroom in San Antonio, even the men's rooms. City Council on Thursday unanimously approved an ordinance requiring all public restrooms, including those in city buildings, hotels and restaurants, to have baby-changing stations. Councilman Manny Peláez first proposed the mandate last year.
