People in the Midland and Odessa area were woken up overnight with an earthquake. The quake was felt just before midnight and was centered about seven miles northeast of Odessa. Officials say it measured 3.0 on the Richter scale. Many people throughout the area reported feeling it. There are no reports of damage.
