A man is dead after an officer-involved shooting in San Antonio today. It happened about 7 this morning in the 300 block of Concio Street on the city's west side. Police Chief William McManus says a woman had called police to say her mother's boyfriend was in her home with a gun. When police arrived the man reportedly pointed the gun at officers who then shot him several times. The man died at the scene. The two officers were not injured.
