A San Antonio police officer faces up to 20 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to selling and transferring obscene materials. The FBI and the police arrested 25-year-old Sebastian Torres earlier this month on charges of possessing and distributing child pornography. Torres pleaded guilty on Wednesday to Count 1 of the indictment. He had been on the San Antonio police force for two-years.
