The Harris County sheriff's department is investigating the accidental shooting of a ten-year-old boy by his aunt. The shooting happened on Tuesday evening at an apartment complex on Chisholm Trail near Rankin Road. The 19-year old woman reportedly found the gun and started taking selfies while posing with it. The gun went off and wounded the boy in the abdomen. He's in Memorial Hermann Hospital in serious condition. No charges have yet been filed.
