A Wilson County man is under arrest for fatally shooting his wife on Wednesday morning shortly after the two of them smoked meth. The Wilson County Sheriff's office says 35-year-old Anthony Davis initially told them the shooting was an accident. Davis reportedly shot his wife after they smoked meth in their truck in the driveway of their home in Stockdale. She was dead at the scene. Davis is charged with murder and meth possession. CPS has placed the couple's children with relatives in San Antonio.
