Demolitions experts are planning their next move after the implosion of an 11-story building near downtown Dallas didn't go quite as planned. The Affiliated Computer Services building on North Haskell Avenue at the North Central Expressway was supposed to be imploded Sunday morning, but not every part of it came down. An official for one of the companies taking part in the demolition said the elevator and stairwell shafts didn't implode. They say they plan to come back soon with a wrecking ball.
