A man is in custody who authorities say admitted to killing his parents. El Paso police say 35-year-old Benjamin Duncan called 911 yesterday morning and reported the murders at his home. When officers arrived, they found 68-year-old Julie Duncan and 67-year-old Richard Duncan with fatal stab wounds. Officials say Benjamin Duncan surrendered at the scene, and has been charged with capital murder.
