Acting OMB Director Russell Vought is testifying before Congress after issued a subpoena during the impeachment inquiry.
House Budget Committee Chairman John Yarmuth said in his opening remarks he does plan to ask about the Office of Management and Budget's delay in sending military aid Congress approved to Ukraine. The Kentucky Democrat said it was a violation of law and he wants assurances that the office will comply with the law in the future, and that he wants assurances that OBM will follow the law.
