Bexar County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man in the shooting death of his wife and murder of a man with a screwdriver.
36-year-old Michael Morales was arrested after leaving the scene of his wife's murder off Mogford Road in Far South Bexar County.
Deputies were already nearby investigating the death of 37-year-old Felix Pacheco Garcia. Garcia had been killed with a screwdriver.
After leaving Garcia's home, deputies say Morales went back home and later got into an argument with his wife, who he then shot to death.
Morales is now in custody.
