No injuries or property damage are reported after a large fire at a chemical plant in Baytown over the weekend. A statement from the Raven Chemical Plant says a regional system-wide power outage caused the plant to activate its emergency system early Saturday morning, causing a ground flare. Emergency responders were on-site managing the situation. Plant officials say the burn lasted 45 minutes.
