A man who was arrested last week after being caught on security cameras walking naked around a North Side neighborhood has been arrested again. According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, 34-year-old Gilbert Ramos Jr. was taken into custody after he was once again seen on surveillance video performing a sex act at the front door of a home in Timberwood Park. He also reportedly walked near a school bus stop wearing only a thong. Ramos had been arrested on similar charges, just last week. Bexar County Sheriff's Department says, "due to the nature of these acts and frequency of them, Investigators requested GPS monitoring for Ramos upon bailing out."
