Travis County prosecutors are being accused of not handing over evidence to the defense attorneys for a woman accused of killing an Austin woman. Magen Fieramusca's lawyers told a judge today they were frustrated by the lack of information. The DA's Office promised to hand over evidence to the defense as soon as possible. Fieramusca was indicted last week for capital murder in the December death of Heidi Broussard. She's also accused of kidnapping Broussard's newborn.
