The former mayor of New York City says he has a plan to help the Hispanic community. Mike Bloomberg presented his El Paso Adelante program during a visit to El Paso last night. The appearance is part of Bloomberg's effort to become the Democrat Party's nominee to run against Donald Trump for President this November. Bloomberg says his goal is to see more Hispanic students attend and graduate college and to then start their own businesses.
