US Issues Travel Advisory In China With Fears Over Coronavirus Outbreak

You might want to rethink your trip to Wuhan if you have tickets. As a deadly SARS-like epidemic overtakes the region, officials advise not traveling to that part of China.

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued its highest-level warning, Level 3, urging travelers against any non-essential visits to the area. The UK has issued a similar warning.

Those heading to other parts of the country should take the same precautions one would when faced with an influenza outbreak.

So far, 25 people have died and more than 800 have been sickened by the coronavirus. China has quarantined 24 million people living in 9 cities in an attempt to stop it from spreading.
