A San Marcos Police officer injured in the line of duty is set to toss out the first pitch at an upcoming Rangers game. Officer Claudia Cormier lost a leg when she was hit by a car last May while helping a stranded driver on I-35. Cormier will throw out the first pitch at the Rangers game on April 10th. Cormier will be the centerpiece of the 2020 Peace Officers' Angels Foundation Law Enforcement Appreciation Day at GlobeLife Park in Arlington.
