A man described as a wanted felon was shot and killed as San Antonio police and a federal task force closed in on him in the 4400 block of Stetson View. Police Chief Bill McManus said, "when task force members arrived to the scene, they surrounded the individual and he started ramming into occupied police vehicles." McManus said officers moved the suspect down the street after shooting him, in case there was anyone else in the home who could pose a threat to them. They then called in a SWAT team to make sure now one else was still inside the house. McManus said the man was wanted on gun charges. None of the officers were injured.
