Quakes Rattle Puerto Rico

Two strong earthquakes in Puerto Rico have left at least one person dead. Power has been knocked out and there are signs of significant damage after a six-point-four quake struck near Ponce after 4:00 a.m. A 73-year-old man died when a wall fell on him. A five-point-eight aftershock was just one of many that followed. One of the island's power plants was damaged by the quakes, forcing it to cut off supply. Some residents in coastal areas are evacuating to higher ground because of tsunami fears.
