Iran Foreign Minister Explains Attack Against US Forces

Iran's foreign minister says the Islamic Republic doesn't want to escalate things after launching missiles at bases in Iraq where U.S. forces are stationed. Javad Zarif tweeted that Iran isn't looking for war with the U.S. He explained that they "took & concluded proportionate measures in self-defense." The attacks were retaliation for last week's U.S. airstrike in Iraq that killed a top Iranian general.

President Trump says "All is well" after Iran launched missiles at two bases in Iraq where U.S. troops are stationed. On Twitter, Trump said U.S. forces are still assessing casualties and damage, but "so far, so good." The President will make a statement on the attack tomorrow.
