Four Americans shot, one killed on Mexican side of the border

A teenager is dead and his parents and another child are in the hospital after a shooting on the Mexican side of the border near Roma. Yesterday officials with the State of Tamaulipas confirmed that on Saturday, the SUV with Oklahoma license plates was driving back toward the U.S. border near Ciudad Mier when another vehicle pulled up and armed men inside opened fire. A 13-year old boy was shot and killed while his parents and a 10-year-old boy with them were taken to a hospital in the neighboring state of Nuevo Leon. Drug cartel members are suspected in the attack.
