Austin police say a bullet came through the roof of a woman's home and through her ceiling on New Year's Eve. Police believe it was a bullet from a gun that was being fired nearby by someone celebrating the New Year. Austin police officer Bino Cadenas posted photos on Twitter showing the hole in the ceiling at the woman's home on China Rose Drive and the bullet.
