The woman charged in the case of an abducted Austin mom will make her first appearance in Travis County District Court in February. Magen Fieramusca's first court date had been scheduled for tomorrow, but her attorneys asked for the postponement. Fieramusca was a close friend of Heidi Broussard, who was murdered after she and her baby daughter were abducted in mid-December. Fieramusca is accused of kidnapping and tampering with a corpse. The baby has been returned to her father.
