A $50,000 reward is being offered in the shooting of a mail carrier in Houston. Witnesses heard gunfire yesterday and looked out their windows to see the man dragging himself on a sidewalk. They heard him calling for help and saying he couldn't feel his legs. Police say the man was shot in the back and in the stomach while delivering mail.
