The Trump Administration is stepping up efforts to build more of the border wall in Texas. The government has filed three lawsuits so far this month in an attempt to seize private land to build the wall along the Rio Grande. Most of the land along the border in Texas is privately owned. There are also a number of environmental challenges, which have slowed the White House plan to get the wall built.
