Texas Senator Ted Cruz says the House has not proven its case for impeaching President Trump. The Republican spoke this morning on Fox and Friends and mocked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for saying she would wait until the Senate sets its rules for the trial before sending over the articles of impeachment, suggesting she wait until election day to do so. He said House Democrats have impeached President Trump without actually accusing him of a crime.
