A murdered Nassau Bay police sergeant is being remembered for her leadership. Jared Sullivan told mourners inside Grace Church Houston this morning how his sister, Sergeant Kaila Sullivan, taught him leadership and how to be a gentleman. He also said there needed to be more people in the world like his sister. She was killed last week during a traffic stop and the suspect is in custody.
