A fraternity at Texas State University is being sued for a reported assault. The lawsuit against Phi Kappa Phi and its local chapter claims members of the frat assaulted a student. The incident was reportedly captured on cell phone video. One person in the video was arrested for aggravated assault, while the victim was hospitalized for several weeks with serious brain and spinal injuries. The lawsuit seeks one-million-dollars and claims the frat members attacked him because they thought he was a member of a different fraternity.
