A kidnapping suspect is under arrest and his reported victim is safe as a result of a traffic stop. Police pulled over the suspect around 9:30 p.m. Saturday on Highway 281 South near Bulverde Road. They say the suspect's female victim was in the car. Officers arrested the suspect, and paramedics treated the victim at the scene. San Antonio and Bulverde police officers, along with Bexar County and Comal County deputies, took part in the stop. No names have been released yet.
