Two people are under indictment in connection with the murder of former NBA player Andre Emmett. Keith Johnson and Michael Lucky were indicted on capital murder charges yesterday by a Dallas County grand jury. Prosecutors say the pair robbed Emmett then shot him to death in September outside his home. Authorities say the murder was captured on Emmett's Ring camera system. Emmett played basketball at Carter High and Texas Tech before going to the NBA in 2004. Police do not believe Emmett knew his accused killers.
