A man is dead after a disturbance at a car wash in the 500 block of Division Avenue.
Police say the man had tried to attack the car wash owner with a bat when he was shot.
Officers say the man who was shot and the car wash owner were relatives. It's unclear what led to the disturbance. An investigation continues.
