The suspect in the death of Nassau Bay Police Sergeant Kaila Sullivan is officially charged with capital murder. Tavores Henderson learned about the upgraded charges this morning. He was initially charged with murder last night but Harris County DA Kim Ogg already said he'd face capital murder. The 21-year-old is accused of running down Sullivan on Tuesday night. He was captured yesterday.
