A former worker at the Bexar County Sheriff's Office is under arrest on indecency with a child accusations. Sheriff Javier Salazar says Andres Ibarra was videoed exposing himself to a 15-year-old yesterday after she refused a ride. The video ended up on social media. Ibarra worked for the Sheriff's Office from 2016 to earlier this year when he resigned for sleeping on the job. Salazar believes it isn't the first time something like this happened involving Ibarra and asked anyone with information to give them a call.
