Kevin Love recorded 30 points and 17 rebounds as the Cavaliers outlasted the Spurs 117-109 in San Antonio. Collin Sexton finished with 28 points as Cleveland snapped an eight-game losing streak. Jordan Clarkson collected 25 points off the bench for the Cavs, who improved to 6-and-19. DeMar DeRozan led the San Antonio attack with 21 points. LaMarcus Aldridge added 18 points and 10 boards for the Spurs, who had won three of their previous four games. San Antonio is 9-and-15 overall.
