Texas is one of three states that will receive the most in disaster relief funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. HUD has announced it will distribute more than two-billion dollars to 15 states and four American territories. Officials say the funds will be used to rebuild housing, businesses and infrastructure seriously damaged in disasters since 2017. California and Florida are also among the states receiving the biggest grants.
