TPC is being hit with at least five lawsuits after the explosions and fire last week at the company's plant in Port Neches. The disaster led to the evacuation of thousands of people who live near the plant. Several dozen of them have brought a class-action suit against TPC. Temporary restraining orders were granted on Monday in Jefferson County, where the plant is located, and in Harris County, where TPC is headquartered. The orders require the company to preserve all evidence related to the fire.
