Two women are hospitalized from injuries following a head-on wreck early Saturday morning. San Antonio police say one of their cars crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head-on. The woman driving the car that cross the center line could be facing a DWI charge. She had to be cut out of the wreckage before being taken to a hospital. The crash happened in the 700 block of Austin Street.
