Low-interest federal loans are now available from the Small Business Administration for those affected by last month's tornado outbreak. The first day to apply for the SBA loans was Monday. They're available to residents and businesses in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant counties who suffered storm damage that's not covered by insurance. Businesses can borrow up to two-million-dollars. Individuals can borrow up to 200-thousand-dollars to repair their homes and up to 40-thousand to replace personal property.
