A new judge is overseeing the contempt case of the prosecutor in the Amber Guyger trial. Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot is facing the contempt charge for giving a TV interview at a time when Judge Tammy Kemp had issued a gag order. A retired state district judge ruled that another judge will oversee the contempt case, and also threw out Kemp's previous ruling that the district attorney's office could not work on the case.
