A Galveston County judge says the suspect in the Santa Fe High School shooting is incompetent to stand trial. The judge made the decision yesterday after the defense team said a trio of experts agreed that Dimitrios Pagourtzis did not understand the circumstances he is facing. Pagourtzis is accused of killing ten people and injuring thirteen more in the shooting last May. Pagourtzis is ordered to be treated at a state mental health facility in order to eventually stand trial.
