It's the death penalty for a self-proclaimed Cartel hitman who killed a man and teen girl. A Tarrant County jury sentenced Hector Acosta-Ojeda to death today. He was found guilty of murdering his roommate Erick Zelaya and Zelaya's 17-year-old girlfriend Iris Chirinos and then mutilating their bodies. Acosta will be turned over to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and will be transferred to the Polunsky Unit in West Livingston where he will be held until he is executed in Huntsville.
