A homicide investigation is underway in west Fort Worth. Police say two men got into an altercation this morning which led to shots fired in the parking lot of a convenience store at Calmont Avenue and Las Vegas Trail. One man was shot in the head and pronounced dead at a hospital. A second person was shot and is said to have non-life threatening injuries. The suspected shooter hasn't been named.
